Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
I am dedicated to partnering with individuals in order to assist with navigating through life's challenges. I believe that you deserve a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore issues that prevent you from being at your best. I am committed to ending stigma surrounding mental health treatment and increase awareness within marginalized communities. For 16 years I’ve had the honor to partner with clients and watch them heal through trauma and break generational patterns. I’ve witness them discover the best part of themselves through facing their greatest fears. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you towards achieving your goals.

I have been working in the behavioral health field for 20 years. Out of those 20 years I provided direct care to those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and community-based to those diagnosed with Bipolar and Schizophrenia. I earned a BA in Psychology from Saint Louis University and my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Missouri Baptist. Currently, I am a counselor in training and enjoy working with young adults. While working with clients, I rely on techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Using a variety of techniques during the sessions allows to clients navigate their paths to a better quality of life.
