Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
I am dedicated to partnering with individuals in order to assist with navigating through life's challenges. I believe that you deserve a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore issues that prevent you from being at your best. I am committed to ending stigma surrounding mental health treatment and increase awareness within marginalized communities. For 15 years I’ve had the honor to partner with clients and watch them heal through trauma and break generational patterns. I’ve witness them discover the best part of themselves through facing their greatest fears. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you towards achieving your goals.

Hello, I’m Taneshia and I’m passionate about helping others be the best versions of their selves. I’ve been mental health field for three years. I started off in bereavement, assisting families short and long-term after the loss of a loved one. I then moved to crisis work and served those in need of support during their lowest moments. My passion for youth led me to a workplace where I provided therapy for children and families in the school setting. I supported them through a number of serious issues such as depression, anxiety, and suicide ideation. I am also a doula that focuses on mental health before, during, and after pregnancy.
I earned my BA in Psychology from Kaplan University and MA in Professional Counseling right here in St. Louis, MO. I am a provisionally licensed therapist and enjoy working with both youth and adults. I approach each client based on their needs and support them in the best way possible.
